GBThe service was excellent The service was excellent, fast delivery and great communication. But the website is very confusing for selecting the “stretch banana clip” colors. I ordered the “copper cord and bead” thinking the cord wrap would be copper colored and the cord wrap was black. The beads were copper but I thought the whole appearance would be copper and brighter. I was disappointed with this but the combs are well made and beautiful. Better pictures of all the combs in the single purchase link would be much more helpful as I would have ordered more. Now I am hesitant because I’m not sure of the colors. Overall I am happy with my experience!

GBAsked for info and received much more! I asked for information about why the teeth/prongs were bending on my medium, double cross comb. Also asked about which products are designed for thick hair although I wasn't sure my hair is considered thick. The customer service rep looked at my recent order and saw that the banana comb I ordered was for thin hair, so she sent me one for thick hair! WOW! Amazing service! She also answered my question about the thick hair medium combs and suggested several styles. Thank you, HairZing! You're the best - love all my combs (and the collection is growing!)

GBSimply AMAZING! Words cannot express! My first experience with HairZing was amazing, simply wonderful. Prior to ordering, I had stumbled across the HairZing double-comb, tried it in my hair, and it was instant love. It worked in my wild mane of thick hair, it didn't pull on my scalp, it didn't damage my hair, it stayed in place with my active lifestyle, it gave no tender spots while wearing a winter hat, it created no headaches, AND on top of all of that, it was beautiful to look at too! I immediately went shopping for more. I found the HairZing website, and as it is with most things now-a-days, I was a bit leary of entering my credit card information into a website in which I was not familiar. A couple days after I placed my order, the product I bought was showing as sold out on the website (I later learned this was the first time this had happened in 17 years!). I was one of the last few to order before inventory was out. Just my timing and luck! I had also later learned that the website was a new conversion, but the quirkiness of the page that I saw when inventory initially ran out made me a bit nervous ... I started asking myself if I make a mistake, if this website was in fact legit. I am always so careful; did I mess up this time? I made a phone call to their customer service, I had to leave a message, I left emails, I left a Facebook message, I was beginning to flip a bit. Patience has not always been my strong suit when I feel like I'm hitting panic mode. However, after just two days of what turned out to be a low staff week for HairZing, I heard from none other than the founder of HairZing herself! Not only did she communicate everything I could have ever thought to ask and more, but she was friendly, professional, kind, full of integrity, forthright, and a woman who takes the bull by the horns. I felt like I was speaking with a long-lost friend. Before she called, my order had already gone out with full tracking and it turned up just a few days later as promised. Everything is beautiful. Learning more about the company made me love the product even more. I can hardly wait until this wonderful business, that has products handmade by women, who are paid well to raise and feed their families has more inventory available. HairZing combs are head and shoulders above the mass-produced made by others.

PLYOUR TINY, TINY ICONS i had a very hard time finding the exact comb my daughter wanted. she had given me the name of it but it took FOREVER to figure out those tiny tiny images were actually the icons to click on! MAKE YOUR ICONS LOOK LIKE ICONS so customers are not wasting their time trying to figure out your website. PLEASE!

GBNice product… I ordered one of the wide tooth stretch comb. Good quality, nice design but I needed to return it. I emailed and called customer service (left a message) and no one responded back.
