They are open for questions and help resolve concerns with objective examples and suggestions based on experience. BHS has given me much needed confidence and restored my faith in quality products. When trained educated and experienced beauticians cannot tell you are wearing a wig while in their presence , says a lot about the quality of the product. I've had a few issues(my fault, not theirs) and pretty much had an instant response with all correspondence. Easy to deal with, friendly, and will definitely continue to shop with them.
