Support rarely answers and can't cancel subscription I wanted to try their 6-month offer but had many issues and support never answers...apart from that one time when I sent a request about our sitemap not being taken into account, and it has never been resolved. Now I'm trying to cancel the subscription before a potential autorenewal and the corresponding page doesn't load...I can't find any way to completely delete the account either...

High Standards of Expertise Our marketing agency works in a specialized niche and we hold ourselves to very high standards of excellence. During a sudden growth spurt, we needed support for our SEO team. We were nervous to work with Diib at first because of our standards of expertise, but were blown away. Daniel and his team produced exceptional content, relevant backlinks, and communicated efficiently. We have scaled our SEO team and no longer need to work with Diib, but we know where to turn if we need to!

Disappointing Signed up for Pro Membership and two additional packages. Cancelled the two packages (awaiting refund) when we identified issues with DashBoard data. Conflicting data, alerts and insights meant the data was not useable. Slow / no response. Great if some are getting value from it as I can see the benefit if the data is good. For us it simply wasn't. Very disappointing.

It's rare working with SEO companies that you get an account manager or SEO specialist who knows how to be real and talk straight.
