GBI love this concept and when it works… I love this concept and when it works it is great - but sometimes the feedback I get from my more vocal regular clients can still be a bit frustrating... they would still prefer the person they are able to speak with to be one of our team members on site. For new clients or clients who just want to book an appointment without a lot of questions and hand holding however it works great.

GBPleased with concierge My practice has a very large call volume, and having someone answer the phone is much better than voicemail. It's not perfect, so we are moving to dedicated concierge team members and I'm very excited about that.

GBPleasure to work with Concierge Elite has been great to work with! With any long term relationship, B2B or otherwise, there are going to be typical learning curves, mistakes, etc. on both ends. The fact that the team at Concierge Elite is always interested in improving and making sure we were happy makes the relationship work. There are some clients that want to only talk to our in-house staff and they are accommodated, but during the COVID months (years) this was a lifesaver.
