Did Not Deliver as Promised The Book Publishing Solutions was previously named Amazon Publishing Solutions, whose website has been taken down. The company address is a mail drop and all of their employees speak only broken English. I paid them $4,000 and contracted with them to launch 3 of my books on Amazon over 1 and a half years ago and they have only completed 2 of the 3, I have made over 20 calls to them; each time they tell me someone new is "in charge" and that they will get back to me.

Should have taken this road from the start Frank and his team were very helpful. Once we established our communication pattern it became much easier to move forward. I regret I was not aware of this avenue from the start of my self-publishing journey, and see now I could have avoided many of my challenges when going it alone. I will choose a better road on my next adventure. Thanks.
