Very unimpressed with the customer… Very unimpressed with the customer service here. I signed up for this service and found out that my company policy was that I was not able to utilize the service so I called back within hours of signing up to cancel and was told I would be reimbursed the $28 but never was and still to this day they will not reimburse me. Bad business model. I will never use this company.

Great Customer Support I had a great interaction with you representative! She shared my screen and directed me on how to add a custom field in migrating our contact info to our List. Constant Contact should be proud of your staff!

What bothers me most about Constant Contact is its inconsistency. What bothers me most about Constant Contact is its inconsistency. Sometimes it's fine... if you have templates you can get the job done fast and efficiently. Other times, which are totally unpredictable, it is as slow as molasses, unresponsive to attempted edits and doesn't save those edits once you've (finally) been able to make them. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe the experience. I would not choose this as a marketing tool if I were to start over.
