The few times my staff or I have called customer service, we have had a very short wait to talk to a live person, and the issue was always resolved quickly. In addition, NCF’s customer support staff is always careful not to divulge my personal information to my staff.

NCF helped set up a QR code feature so customers can order themselves without waiting on staff or using physical menus. This one feature has allowed us to stay in business. Seriously, we don't know where we would be without NCF!
