INI was using Excel CRM tools and it was… I was using Excel CRM tools and it was not user-friendly. I really want to switch to Tapdesk and they responded quickly and helpfully after the trial period was up. Tapdesk is the perfect CRM tool. We always know who owes us what and it is easy for our agents to log in and make contact with them.

NZGreat product, excellent team! A superb lightweight CRM that has really helped me convert new customers, support those I already have, and onboard new customers also. Great campaigns, and reporting features. This is a must have if you're looking for a light weight CRM. Did I mention how good the support team is?!

GBA Fresh Approach to Deal Management CRMs I love Tapdesk because its the most straight forward deal management tool I’ve come across to date. The app makes it easy to stay organized and stay on top of my leads. I also love that I can take notes on the app and track all of my sales activity. The only thing I’m missing is a more robust and multi step campaign builder. But my understanding is that this is already in the works.
