This has saved me dozens of hours of prospecting already! Then, I enroll the prospects into my marketing campaigns and can easily track all of my interactions. INI was using Excel CRM tools and it was… I was using Excel CRM tools and it was not user-friendly. I really want to switch to Tapdesk and they responded quickly and helpfully after the trial period was up. Tapdesk is the perfect CRM tool. We always know who owes us what and it is easy for our agents to log in and make contact with them.
