GBLinked Media couldn’t help our small family business…. We are a small family online business and needed a new marketing agency to help us. We were looking for a results driven company and we thought as Linked Media were commission based let’s see if they can perform better. Obviously as Linked Media were on board during the golden quarter, this is our busiest time of year. We did achieve great results for November, however I wouldn’t say this was all down to Linked Media as we had repeat customer orders driving this success. We did experience a couple of issues where they would bid on out of stock products and we had no reporting from them during our 3 months with Linked Media. Reports I mean, performance, keyword searches, CTR, performance of each campaign. Things we had received from previous marketing companies. Just outlining what the company offered. We are not marketing experts and need guidance and sometimes these reports give insight and open conversations - maybe then they wouldn’t bid on unnecessary keywords. Yes there were conversations about performance and what they say they will do, however looking back, probably just salesmen talk. We are still waiting and chasing for invoices we paid back in November & December 2022. We told them to cancel the auto subscription, they failed to do so. I would suggest if you do go with them to not subscribe to auto payments. We never received the detail on the commission charges, they just charged automatically! I say them, we only spoke to one person, so maybe this is just a one man team managing too many companies therefore didn’t perform for us. Our performance with Linked Media, spent £18K across Google Ads and Linked Media fees to deliver £46K in sales. Unfortunately this was not cost effective for us to continue.

(3 months in total) Tip: Run your own ads or learn how to because the AI of meta has improved so much and is super easy to scale by just creating a broad advantage campaign.

AEUnprofessional experience Haven't worked with them so cannot comment how are they work-wise. Saw their ad and had booked a time. They never made it to the booked call. I get an email stating that he has something else come up, and this was sent after the booked call. I understand sometimes something might come up but cannot agree with the approach taken. He asks me to book a time available suitable to me in his calendar, and surprisingly nothing is available in the current month (July 2023) nor the entire August, and no open dates beyond this period. What was the point of asking to reschedule when you can't spare time for a lead who had a time already booked and you couldn't make it in the first place. The conduct wasn't professional and therefore cannot pursue further.
