He is thorough, and does a fantastic job. He is my go-to person whenever there is an issue. I had some issues with Emma, but Edward always helped me through them. It is directly because of him that I upgraded my services.

I can’t get a hold of anyone on the… I can’t get a hold of anyone on the team to change my banner. I have tried for two months and has screenshots of me messaging support and my associate that helped me sign up. No response.
