GBAs a business owner looking to boost my… As a business owner looking to boost my sales and expand my brand's reach, I leaped into the world of paid marketing on social media. After some research and recommendations, I decided to partner with Click First SMM. Their strategies were effective, and the return on investment was outstanding.

GBThe impact on my brand's presence and… The impact on my brand's presence and sales was nothing short of remarkable. Click First SMM provided detailed analytics and insights into the performance of our campaigns, allowing us to make informed decisions and optimize our marketing efforts. They have made paid campaigns for my brand, which doesn't break the bank but offers me a higher return on investments.

GB"The impact on my brand's presence was… "The impact on my brand's presence was noticeable almost immediately right after I hired The Click First SMM. I was able to engage with a larger and more relevant audience thanks to their skillfully created campaigns, interesting content, and targeted adverts. My social media pages started buzzing with activity, and I saw a significant increase in followers and engagement. "

GBSo far, so GREAT So far, my experience has been great. They have been working very closely with me and message me daily. The social media posts they designed are very professional and they have done well keeping up with posting on all my social platforms every other day (per my contract). They also created a great website for my products. We have not yet started any ad campaigns yet, but I know I am in a much better place now after hiring them.

GBWasted our time and SMM experience is soooo bad. Really bad. Bought their 3 mos "deal" for 750, here's what happened, a high-level play by play. We sincerely warn anyone using this company to use at your own peril. Bad companies operating like this for SMM need to go away. Get yourself a subscription of CANVA and hire a part time person dedicated to do what you need vs paying an incompetent "team" like Clickfirst SMM. If I give you all the details, you'd fall out of your chair in shock a company like this is still in business, below is an excerpt: - Oct 6 purchased quarterly SMM deal - Sent them our strategy deck as a jumping off point (which we didn't have to do) for them to use as a reference (46 pages). Part of their package was to give us their strategy. - 3 weeks later, nothing, then told our Account person was sick - Weeks later, received no content strategy from them per their own website said they'd deliver -- we had to ask them weeks later for a strategy deck. It was so bad. We target the USA audience, they sent us info related to outside the USA. It was clearly thrown together. They did it after we asked for it. You can totally tell. - Finally, after several rounds of cookie-cutter tacky content, we finally approved content in the middle of Nov *we got sick of waiting 6 weeks for content... - Then they sent us December content 3 weeks late. That content looked like someone took 5 minutes and used Canva. * We know how to use Canva. So we did. We got more engagement AND followers from our own content than what we paid them to do for us in 3 mos. Their content got us NO FOLLOWERS. - They didn't understand how to help our brand despite what they say on their website "no cookie cutter social media" their content suggestions was everything cookie cutter. - January 2022, over 3+ months later we still only had the content from Nov. Remember, we paid them on Oct 6th.... - They're clearly overwhelmed, and in way way way over their heads - Their staff seems really well-meaning but completely clueless. I don't say this to be mean, they never pulled it together for us. We gave them so many chances to get it right. *their rebuttal about Tim (the manager), stepping in Oct is a bold-faced LIE. I had to call Tim in Dec to help because after a call with Fred delivering crappy content (again), we tried to work with Tim... Tim said he'd get our creative by Tues but then never did... I literally took a COPY of the entire Basecamp communication and if Trust Pilot allowed us to do screenshots, I can PROVE that they are LYING... Tim only engaged, when I engaged him. I should post a separate website of the FULL Basecamp communication with them and how seriously INCOMPETENT their team was. I have PROOF. Glad to share it. I have absolutely NOTHING to hide about this review. - Timelines? Schedules? No schedule, everything was ambiguous, no real clear process from start to finish. Time-waster Huge disappointment Their rebuttal saying our communication was "verbose"? LITERALLY days and then weeks of attempts (and speaking with the manager, Tim) at getting missed deadlines, bad bad content, what else were we to do? We kept trying to communicate, over communicate, we went into communication overdrive to get back on track but nothing, NOTHING helped whatsoever. No sense of urgency. After 3 months of jeopardizing our schedules, their response was they were in "discovery" mode. Both Tim the manager and Fred the account manager, literally told us they had been in "discovery mode." This is a creative excuse for having no idea how to execute our objectives. Finally, we just wanted to cut ties so we asked for a refund of our time left. *The goal was to get signups from the social media to our landing page. We got zip zero signups from their efforts within 3 mos. (Remember) they only delivered 1 content LATE within 3 months. They did give us 350 of the 750 and kept 400. How does it make up for LOSING 3 mos, and being LATE? Their rebuttal isn't logical. We would have been well within our rights to do a CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK to get the full amount as services were NOT delivered as promised, but we chose to walk away. We never want to deal with them again. Never. Ever. *their rebuttal about they considered giving us the 400 dollar remainder of refund if we take review down. NO. We wouldn't take a million dollars from them to take this review down. Anyone who does business with them should know how they operate. We don't want anyone, even our worst enemy to go through what we did with this team. NEVER!!! Again, no matter their rebuttals, they handled things so unprofessionally. We noticed they even redid their service offerings on their website to manage only FB and IG, it's clear they're in way over their heads to deliver much else. * They "said" their team is in U.S. but FB showed someone from Pakistan managed our posts. Once we cut them loose the Pakistan location was removed.
