They in turn offered me an additional 30 days to work with them; and, even though the momentum increased, the minimum number of appts was not achieved and I was given a full refund. I will say though, you have to follow the steps and request the refund within the required timeframe. I did that and was given 100% of my investment back. Although the alternative of the program being successful would've been preferable; I did in fact followe their protocol and requested a refunded in the time required, and was honored fully.
