Such a joke Such a joke. I guess you get what you pay for. Hired them before all the big holiday sales and the whole process was disappointing. I got zero communication, I regularly had to follow up because i got no results or anything. The 2 measly ads they did make was not submitted to be to be approved. They used my most expensive least moving product for content and literally copy and pasted from my website to create the ads. They took no time to understand my brand. The onboarding questionnaire I know they never reviewed because they did nothing I asked. I got zero results off the ads during my busiest time of year. When I brought up concerns I was given a bs response. I asked for an update one week and received nothing in return. I removed all their permissions on everything and they didn't even notice for 2 weeks. I've gone to a new agency and made an additional $1500 in the first WEEK. That's how I know what a bad decision I made going with Jumpto1. I asked for all my money back but they thought thought that their measly work was worth $700.
