GBSo grateful to have found this App! I joined JoinBrands about 2 months ago. I am so grateful for the extra money it has provided me this holiday season. I love how the jobs are so detailed and easily laid out. The communication with brands and the app are seamless and the customer service is amazing. Here are my tips... be open to several different types of jobs, check for new jobs often, respond immediately if a brand approves you (it can be taken quickly), step out of your comfort zone and try different things, and be open to feedback from brands -- it will only make you better and get you better reviews.

GBGreat app!! I have been on JoinBrands for over a year and I love it. The app is organized very well and it’s very easy to apply for jobs. It’s a great way to make money creating content for brands. Customer service answers questions very quickly.

GBNot Great for Brands Overall, I have found it a very disappointing experience working with JoinBrands. I have received some content which I have used for my brand. But, I have had several disagreeable situations. I signed up for a Blast Campaigh and after shipping a $50 product to an influencer after giving sugesstions for the content creation she decided my brand was not a good fit and didn't want to create content she said said 'Im sorry you are disappointed but my content rights are worth more than $5.' Apparantly, the influencers are only paid $5 for a blast campaign (I paid more, plus the JoinBrands fee) and this particular influencer wasn't aware I was going to have rights to her content - and it is quite obvious she didn't even read my brief. I also had some very low quality content produced including one where the sound was so bad I couldnt even understand what was being said. You can only reject content once and that was my one time so I was unable to give feedback after the proper content was created. One influencer still has not created content even though it has been nearly a month since I send her the product. Customer service has been no help with anything. Overall a really disappointing experience.
