Construction worker to Airbnb host When I started the Academy I was working in construction, always knowing real estate would be my future in some capacity. I took a chance and bought into Michael's program. It was hands down the best money I've ever spent. My college degrees don't compare to the practical value the Academy has given me. It truly changed the course of me and my family's life giving us the knowledge and tools to enable us to live life on our terms. Every step of the way through my process of acquiring my first short term rental there was an expert, in their respective field, to answer any questions I had. With the help from all the coaching in the Academy, I was able to successfully find, purchase, and launch my first airbnb which now provides me 3-4K additional income a month. Not only do I receive extra income but I don't have to trade my time for it because of all the automation I also learned. One on One Help Michael and his team helped me get my first cash flowing property! The video modules gave me a great foundation, but the one on one coaching from Michael, Logan and team were what moved the needle. I considered just watching YouTube videos and relying on AirDNA market scores -- I think it would've been a big mistake. You don't know what you don't know and the frequent communication made me so much more confident to actually move forward. 10/10 would do the BNB Academy again.

My experience/ take on Michael Michael's course content transparency and personal help not only helped my wife and I purchase our first Airbnb property but maybe most importantly he really helped give us the confidence to "go for it" when there were a lot of reasons not to. We ended up doing a hybrid house hack/STR for our first property, so not as profitable as we had originally hoped, but that part is on us.
