When I place my order I receive a date when I can expect my order which includes production and shipping time. When my order ships I receive an email, which is another benefit working with them.

Good to work with, wasteful plastic used with each item. The experience working with Empire Promos was fantastic. They were quick and professional and made ordering easy. However, each individual item we received (100 flash drives) came in it's own plastic bag. 100 flash drives. Each individually encased in a plastic bag. Because of this we won't order again in the future until this wasteful practice goes away.
