Creating estimate on program Spoke with Heather today for assistance in creating an estimate as the program is new to me. She was very patient/polite/instructive/detailed. Walked me thru every step and allowed me to re-walk thru everything to make sure I understood every detail/step. Steps were easy to follow and some self- explanatory! I am new to this program and my employer likes it as well as they used a different program previously. Truly a pleasure working with her! Kudos to Heather!!!

You'll never look back! We were excited to utilize all that Acculynx has to offer. Our former CRM was extremely complicated and hard to navigate. That coupled with A+ Onboarding team, needless to say we're extremely pleased with our decision. 10/10 would recommend.

Acculynx makes quoting Acculynx makes quoting, invoicing and communicating with customers super easy. I'm not crazy when there is something new implemented on the app and it ends up costing us more $$.

Acculynx is a great program to use! AccuLynx is a great program to use to provide good customer service. It is thorough and easy to navigate. The recorded training sessions was very easy to use and allowed me to do when it was convenient for me and also to start and stop so I could take good notes. It is a way to make people accountable for their part and to make sure nothing is missed. Getting used to the software is the hardest part, but once you get that down it is very easy. The dashboard allows you to see the activity of everyone and keeps everyone notified of the changes being made. There are just a one change I would make such as a way to look up customer's by phone number or to give each individual customer a prospect I.D. number. this would make my CSR job a little easier....Besides this it is a great program to use and is good for the business.
