GBWish I could leave no stars - they earned it. Shame I couldn't give this company 0 stars. I signed up on January 27 to help promote the St. Petersburg Distance Classic, to be staged a few weeks later, on February 12. Their promotional material suggested their mailing list consisted only of subscribers who opted in. There was also info suggesting that they could deliver to a highly targeted audience. So I signed up to have 5,000 emails sent out to opt-in subscribers who live within 3 miles of our start line, hoping for a last minute boost. What did I get for my $300? A total of 674 email opens, a pitiful open rate of 13.5% and just 62 clicks, slightly less than $5 per click. While I understand there is no guarantee when it comes to any marketing campaign, it would have been better to spend $30 a day for 10 days at Facebook to increase my last minute marketing. I have requested a refund, but true to form for this rip-off company, they have refused.

GBEvvnt is a fantastic service, very effective. Evvnt is a fantastic service! As event organisers and promoters we are very pleased to have worked with them for many many years now. Always very satisfied of the broadcasting service and it is saving us precious time whilst giving efficient visibility to our events. It's worth noting that we are doing very niche cultural events, Live African & World music as well as family and community events, and their listing cater well for these types of events too. The dashboard and features has improved over the years, making it even faster and simpler to publish.

GBPersonalized Attention Over the summer, I bought a premier subscription to support four large music events at our church, but then had to cancel that subscription because the church couldn't afford to maintain it. I wrote to Client Services at Evvnt to ask for help and received immediate, personalized attention. Faberge and Bryan understood the situation and accommodated my needs. When i discovered a glitch a month later, I wrote back and once again received immediate satisfaction. I enjoyed working with the team at Evvnt, and will continue to use it as a primary tool for advertising our events.

GBStill waiting on refund 2 weeks later! Signed up to promote our events, wasn't impressed with the return and cost for said results. So I closed the account. Fast forward 1 month and they charged my card again for over $100. Evvnt emailed back on Nov 25 saying the refund will be actioned, it's now Dec 10th and I'm still awaiting the refund for the charge I did not authorise!
