In our call with Jason he was candid about his experiences and while our situation was unique, Jason shared valuable real world experience and information and jointly we were able to talk through the potential impact various decisions would have on our business. Sad to say it but I wouldn't recommend… Sad to say it but I wouldn't recommend MAG for anything Amazon related. You are getting oversea workers at a HUGE markup. Nothing wrong with overseas workers, but you are going to over pay big time with poor account management.

They Moved Mountains - Listing Reinstatement The team at My Amazon Guy moved mountains and achieved what I felt was never going to be possible! The team have an accute understanding of the inner workings which contribute to being able to "get things done". I had experienced 10 x failed appeals x 7 ASIN over 3 months, so like 70 appeals on a false IP Infringement report. Alyssa calmly took over, went in to battle for me, kept me informed at every step, we worked in tandem when required, and her communication was excellent. I am full of respect and appreciation. I cannot recommend Alyssa and the team supporting her more highly. Onboarding was clear and easy to follow, processes were great, every step was professional and friendly. Excellent service.

Great resource My amazon guy is a unique resource that is essential at one time or another to all amazon sellers. If you're stuck with an issue you simply cant solve they're your amazon guy. Their service is friendly, professional, helpful and honest. I would recommend to any seller.
