He was understanding and helpful at the same time by understanding my concern. So much so he worked out a great deal and adjustment that I was extremely grateful for. So coodos to Patrick today and thanks for the awesome service.

I wasn't seeing my monthly payment… I wasn't seeing my monthly payment withdrawal on my bank statements. I was concerned something was wrong. A quick call to Alexandra confirmed the payment drafts were happening and my account was current. She was pleasant and quickly resolved my concern.
