0% Customer Satisfaction should be their motto Their website states 100% customer satisfaction which is a complete lie. The patches we received did not match the "proof". After contacting them, they stated they cannot match the proof to the finished product and they wouldnt remake our order or provide a refund. What's the point of a proof??? Crooks!

Professional and High Quality Been working with Patches4Less for years now and they're always very professional and helpful. Any changes I need made they are more than willing to oblige and make corrections. I have been asked by so many people where I get my patches made. The quality is fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have embroidered patches made.

Great customer service..Staff makes… Great customer service..Staff makes sure that patches are made to your specifications..They will sent you an image prior to starting the work and confirm with you everything is the way you want it. I was hesitant at first because it was my first time using them. After how fast and detail the work was executed I can not say nothing but good words. I was impressed and they excedded my expectations..Ill definitely used them again.

The short story:Honest Business! The short story: FOund P4L on line, browsed, selected and ordered. Got the proof, made a few minor corrections ( due to my not fully SEEING the result until the proof) and pushed GO. The product arrived and there were a few items that were easily de-laminated. Sent an email, sent photos and the Kind Folks at Patches 4 Less RE RAN the order with an improved adheasive. They did not charge me to correct the issue. They have a customer for life!
