Simple workflow and good communication. Working with the team was great. I was given a proposal, able to negotiate my deliverables, and then worked with the team to submit content and get approval. The process and communication were easy. Changes to deliverables were clear, and overall working through the project was simple and fast. I'd love to do a project through XOMAD again.
