When I installed their plugins, they had easy directions to follow on the specific plugin pages. PluginsForWP also has blog posts that accompany their videos to make it easy to understand and learn about them. This team is very helpful and quick to reply to information requests. I'm very happy with my experiences with them, especially as a fairly new WordPress website owner of four months.

Terrible Support System and Card Arbitrary Charges Got some plugins and themes. Some were useless as either the license keys don't work or you will be unable to update them. Very terrible customer and support system as they will never respond to your email for help nor do they honor refund request. They arbitrarily and randomly charges your payment card on file even when it's not your subscription due date.
