Before we joined SWS we had no idea how to market our product or let alone get customers. Slow start, but then strong course correction and great customer service. I think it says a lot about a company when they actively look for ways to improve your experience. I honestly did get off to a great start. I provided feedback on their client check in form, and they reached out to hear my concerns and brainstorm the best go-forward plan.
