GBHorrible customer service, no product and no refund Horrible customer service. Ordered a item in May, it is still not here on July 8 and the company will not admit the item is lost or provide a refund. This company appears to be a scam or just extremely disorganized. They blame COVID, but at the same time saying they are new and to be patient. There are 1000’s of online retailers, not worth the hassle or time / energy.

Our experience with White Shark was adequate with the first account manager they gave us but less so with the second one. We should have been watching more closely and allowed performance to slide for too long before we acted. In the end, we came to an agreement with White Shark that rectified the situation.
