Contact was made very quickly after I made the payment for the lyric video I wanted (Button On Your Shirt by Kaviani). They sent through a 30 second clip a couple of days later, to check the video was heading in the right direction based on our email coversation re ideas. Then a few days after that came the first draft. I sent over some edits, they made the changes quickly and the following day, the final product arrived.
