Great Online-CRM at a low price Bigin is a simple CRM for small companies and solopreneurs. The menu navigation is logical and offers everything you need to keep contacts organised and quickly get an overview of activities and the current status in the sales pipeline. With the help of the app, you can also use the most important features on the go. The price/performance ratio is very good.

Good offering but I am still testing it. I am currently testing out Bigin during my trial. It is really easy to setup and get running and it is priced very well for its offering. I am new to using a CRM and I have tried a few over the last year or so and this one is the easiest to setup and get running, but it pretty basic. We are using it for managing clients and projects as part of an inspection business. It looks like it will fit our needs but I am doing final testing on the integrations.

Great for Beginners Let me be honest, I'm not exactly a computer whiz. But Bigin was so easy to figure out! Setting it up took no time at all, and adding contacts was a breeze. No tech headaches for this small business owner!
