What I Have Been Looking For Bigin is super intuitive and it has plenty of horsepower to drive a sales team. I especially like the easy-to-use tags and pipeline functionality.

Perfect and simple CRM for small teams So far Bigin has been a great experience, it has a lot of features and it is reasonably priced. The trial period allows us to test all the paid features, it is perfect for finding out if this CRM is really suitable for your team/company. Set up was easy, the user interface is clean and intuitive, and the customization options are fantastic. It has also an option to extend the trial period which is really helpful. It looks like it will fit our needs but we are doing final testing on some of the integrations and API connections. The whatsapp integration is not exactly what we expected but hopefully that will improve over time.

Bigin - my favourite small business CRM Bigin is the first truly small business friendly CRM I've used and it is brilliant. Far more affordable than a Salesforce or Hubspot. Simple to learn and easy to use.

This budget-friendly CRM for small… This budget-friendly CRM for small businesses offers nearly the same features as other costly CRM options. I’m satisfied with how it has streamlined my business processes. However, I’d appreciate a dedicated ‘leads’ page instead of lumping all contacts into the same ‘Contacts’ section. Managing leads can be a bit tricky, but I’ve managed to make it work. Hopefully, they’ll add this feature in the future.
