I've used them a number of times over the years, but most recently had them code up a very complicated email template. Not only did they get it 100% correct the first go-around, their communication is so good that they update you every step of the way, and provide all the details you need in one deliverable (coded files, email tests, etc). I highly recommend anyone use them for coding email templates.
