GBAt first I thought I was going to have… At first I thought I was going to have a problem. I received that wrong item. It wasn’t even usable. It had a logo on it that didn’t make sense. I was contacted by someone and to my surprise, I received the new item by Christmas and was refunded. Excellent customer service.

CAGood product, dodgy emails The product was great and came fairly quickly. The one thing I didn't like is that through the process I got a total of 9 emails with shipping updates, which was excessive, and they almost looked like spam. They came from another name (Team Zoho) so it wasn't connected to Blinkswag or our company (it was team swag) - not a great brand experience.

A hat a simple golf hat with my companies logo on it and its taking a month for me to receive and almost everyday I get a general unspecific e-mail that is inaccurate. Please get your act together it's 2024 already. All the tools are available. Where is my hat?
