GBI had an issue with the protocol for our phone message retrievals. I had an issue with the protocol for our message retrieval. Spoke with Maria, the account manager in Client Relations, and she handled my concerns in a professional manner, extremely courteous, empathetic, and very kind. She fixed our account and I am so happy to be able to work with the Answering Service Care company again! I used to be an agent with them 10 years ago and still use skills taught from this company in my every day life. They are the best answering service company nationwide! I highly recommend to anyone who needs this service for their businesses. You will not be disappointed!

GBDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THERE IS NO TRANSPARECY AT ALL AND THE SYSTEM THAT THEY USE IS NOT TRANSPARENT. BILLING IS NOT CORRECT AND THE CUSTOMER IS FORCED TO TRUST THAT THEY ARE NOT BILLING YOU FOR ROBO CALLS OR SLOW LONG WINDED AGENTS THAT TAKE THERE TIME ( AT A NOT TO CHEAP RATE) HANDLING YOUR CALLS. NO OPTION TO LISTEN TO YOUR MESAGES ( TO CONFIRM THE CALL) SALES DOES A HORRIBLE JOB OF EDUCATING THE CUSTOMER AND AS A RESULT THEY ARE NOT TO KEEN ON FOLLOW UP AFTER THEY DUPE YOU INTO AN AGREEMENT THAT HAS A LOT OF LOOP HOLES FOR THEM TO BILL AS THEY PLEASE AND VERY LITTLE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WHAT IS SAID AND OR PROMISED.

GBI really like how when I send emails I really like how when I send emails, one person and sometimes two, email me right back with in 10 minutes to let me know that they received my request and have added or deleted an employee. They deliver excellent customer service!
