Usually good Usually good, but recently surveys have been very poor on payouts. I've had 3 in the last few days. Taking screenshots etc makes no difference, nor does raising it with support. Frustrating.

It has been 5 day since i never recieved my giftcard.I then contacted customer sevice because they suspended my account for no reason and they said YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENENDED and cant reinstate me account/ ALL THE HARD WORK FOR MY GIFTCARD WAS USELESS BECAUSE I NEVER GOT IT DONT USE LOOTUP THEY ARE SCAMMER AND WONT GIVE GIFTCARDS. Lootup Reviews on trustpilot is a lie Lootup Reviews on trustpilot is a Lie/fake They will quickly copy and paste a message asking you to contact support after doing so they will still keep on ignoreing you. So why even borther replying to these Reviews if your not gona do what your askeing the user to do I have Send 3 Support tickets to you and all 3 are being ignored so Again why borther replying to the reviews ? and stop makeing random account to increase your score becaus you will never have a good score on Trustpilot when your ignoreing your Users
