I returned the models without ever opening them and never even using them after an accidental purchase. They will not refund anything and keep charging me. Customer service is terrible and only respond through emails. Stay away!

Do not use this company Do not use this company, I cancelled 12 months ago, and it turns out they have still been taking the money out of my account, they say they won’t close the account until I have sent back the box (only just found this out) They expect me to send the box back at my expense! They have now had over £600 of my money for a service I have not received this is tantermount to theft! USE AT YOUR OWN TISK
