Appreciate Zencare's approach I really value being part of the Zencare community. I use many of their services and products, and I have always gotten warm support and customer service. They are prompt, helpful, and feels like they have a real understanding of what it means to be a clinician. They are constantly working to improve every stakeholder's experience.

Zencare is a wonderful tool both for… Zencare is a wonderful tool both for the provider and clients. I find I get better referrals than other competitor sites and also find it as a great resource for my clients. I like that it allows me as a provider to put my specific practice criteria which filters out referrals that wouldn’t be a good fit for my practice.

I recommend Zencare for providers Zencare has been very accommodating and helpful when I have needed it. I have also gotten more than enough referrals through Zencare to cover its cost and build my caseload.

I would leave zero stars if I could I would leave zero stars if I could. They are very pricey and sent me two client referrals in a year. These referrals did not subsequently follow up with me. So I received exactly zero clients from them after paying $600. I also had another peculiar incident with them and a prank client, but that’s all I will say for now on that for now. This is a numbers and traffic issue. Out of 10 referrals, one may schedule 3-4 clients because people change their minds the next morning, their insurance may not fit, scheduling conflicts, specialty requirements, etc.. other platforms offer more traffic. Save your money.
