GBI would leave zero stars if I could I would leave zero stars if I could. They are very pricey and sent me two client referrals in a year. These referrals did not subsequently follow up with me. So I received exactly zero clients from them after paying $600. I also had another peculiar incident with them and a prank client, but that’s all I will say for now on that for now. This is a numbers and traffic issue. Out of 10 referrals, one may schedule 3-4 clients because people change their minds the next morning, their insurance may not fit, scheduling conflicts, specialty requirements, etc.. other platforms offer more traffic. Save your money.

GBMy preferred higher end directory The platform is more polished and easier to navigate than other therapist directories and allows for listing a group and linking individual clinicians to a central page. One area they could improve upon is from time to time I receive messages from individuals in crisis and in need of immediate care. Adjusting the interface to make it clear to clients that it is 1) not a crisis platform and 2) the messaging is not a live chat service would be helpful. With that said, I am in my 3rd year with Zencare and it has been highly productive for my practice.

GBI like being able to tell my clients… I like being able to tell my clients before they sign up for therapy what type of benefits they have! Makes for no suprises!

GBGreat organization Zencare is a great organization and really takes their referrals seriously. I have limited availability, but I received 4 referrals within the first two weeks of signing on. However this has significantly died down, hence the 4-star rating. It is a little expensive monthly, but the referrals are mostly all good fits. They recently added practice management software and are constantly making updates and improvements to that as well. Their customer service is also top-notch and they always goes above and beyond.
