As a first time customer As a first time customer, I appreciated the ability to speak with a real person who could answer my naive questions. Anyone that I spoke with had lots of patience to work through various options for our design to help us select one that should work out for us. I have not yet received the final product, but have great expectations that it will match the criteria as described.

Great product, great service While the design team didn't quite understand what we wanted based on my (admittedly horrible) description, they were able to later take a design we made and turn it into a beautiful pin. The team was responsive, informative and offered good advice on sizing. The entire process was very easy. Shipping times and costs were both reasonable. Each pin was individually wrapped and made well. The enamel colors look good, even in the tiniest places; no blotching or overruns that we have found so far. The pin itself is sturdy and feels like it will last a long time. Overall great job with just a minor design hiccup.
