Works more like a scam site than a reputable survey site, several times I have been screened out at the 100% completion point, and many many more times near the half way point when they have collected enough data for their needs.their rewards are far smaller than other sites for the time and effort required and you lose 10% when and if you ever get to a point where you can redeem a reward.

I do not get no more surveys account is still good though they may may want to get new user after a while I never wrote though. Have been with some survey places since 1993 so it is possible.

very poor experience very poor experience, site often not available for extended periods, or an error occurs when completing surveys. seems like they have little idea about what causes these issues as they are ongoing. responses to problems are very, very slow and just seem like they have been copied and pasted. currently still waiting for and issue from June 2018 to be resolved - takes approx. 2 weeks to get a reply from the site and each time they mark the problem as solved when it is not. keep telling me to wait 7-10 days as some surveys don't credit immediately - the fact this issue relates back 4 months doesn't seem to register.

Entire thing is a scam Half the surveys you take part in will just end abruptly without giving you any points. Of the remaining half, most of those will either encounter (probably fake) errors, and most of the few surveys you do manage to complete successfuly will fail to count for any points anyway. They have recently removed their support section and replaced it with an irrelevent troubleshooting FAQ, so you can no longer talk to anyone or report any problems. I've completed 12 surveys and only recieved points for 2 of them.

I completed 26 surveys earning points I completed 26 surveys earning points. I was thinking about redeeming them and suddenly my points have gone to zero. That is hours of work for nothing. MySurvey is a theiving scam. Their customer care don't reply back, so I'm contacting the CAB to enquire about taking legal action. Unless you want the same hassle, avoid. I wsh I has seen these reviews before signing up.
