GBStay far far away We have requested to desolve our relationship with this company and they have yet to comply after a little more than a week. They continue to say they want to talk to resolve any issues. TIme for talk is over. After 4 months of a nightmare situation, and them wanting 1000s$ more "to fix", we are done. They refuse to take down the website, close out the email accounts and return prorated funds, send us an EPP for the domain and are RTS certified letters.

GBHorrific Experience That Costs Us Thousands In Sales I wish I didn't even have to give this company one star. Where to begin? In early September 2023, we decided to revamp our current e-commerce website (Mom & Pop coin business) to give it a more modern, updated look. We came across Design Venturez website and inquired about expectations. We then initiated a deal for them to redesign the website. I was told by the sales person that someone would contact me that very day. We paid the $850 one-time fee. I should have suspected something nefarious when it took two days for first contact to discuss our redesign. During this first conversation, Oscar Rodriguez (??), started about how we needed to integrate the website directly with Google to increase its score. $3125 later, he was happy. Oscar claimed to be a senior advisor who only took on 5 or 6 projects a year and that he had turned poor performing sites into multi-million dollar gems. He also claimed to be in charge of a number of designers that would be available any time we needed changes. His estimate for a functioning website was 3 weeks meaning sometime around the 1st to 2nd week in October 2023. About two weeks later, Oscar presented us with a flashy little logo animation. After that, it was difficult to access him at times to convey how imperative it was for us to get the website going before the Christmas season shopping began. Time after time, Oscar would put us off explaining how he was ill for several days, then his Grandmother had issues that precluded him working for several more days. We have to utilize Square for our credit card processing (as opposed to Stripe, which doesn't allow the types of products we sell) and there were many issues reconciling our site's product inventory with Square. Oscar did not seem to understand the issue nor did he appear to know how to integrate the site with Square. The issue came to a head at the end of last week and now our site has been down for maintenance since Friday, December 8th. A "supervisor" of Oscar's supposedly named Mark Anderson was to take over and get the site synced with Square. It's Wednesday, December 13th and we are still dead in the water. Our Christmas is ruined and we probably won't survive this catastrophe that has lasted now over 3 months. I cannot more emphatically state, "DO NOT USE DESIGN VENTUREZ FOR ANY WORK ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!"

GBThis was my first time using Design… This was my first time using Design Venturez to supply a logo. I was a little skeptical at first due to the reasonably low price for services but, the final product exceeded my expectations. The product was professionally done, the designer maintained effective communication throughout the transaction, and I received mockups of the final product in less than 24 hours. If I need another design in the future, I will be sure to use the same logo designer.

GBHORRIBLE experience with Design Venturez! I needed a logo designed. I decided to purchase the 'Logo Special' package, which included 4 concepts, revisions, registration of the logo, and a 30-day money back guarantee. The total of this order was $35 plus tax for a total of $41. Before I ever received any concepts, I had a phone call with Tyler to go over what I wanted. I spent about 5 minutes telling him about the design I was hoping for, and about an hour listening to him try to convince me to spend between $400-$2,000 for them to design a website for me. I made it very clear during this conversation that the $41 was all I could afford to spend on anything. After this conversation, I received the concepts and went through the revision process. Once I finally had a logo I liked, Tyler transferred me to the legal department where I was informed that it would be between $450-$585 to have the logo registered under my name. I told the person in legal that I could not afford that and asked him to cancel my order. He argued with me for about 45 minutes, first telling me it was impossible to cancel the order because he had already sent the application through, then telling me that the company had some sort of special program where struggling businesses could get half off and I'd only have to pay half right away and could pay the rest later. I assured him that I do not have even half and would not be able to pay anything at all. He eventually agreed to cancel the whole order and sent me back to Tyler. Tyler tried to convince me to take the 'half off' deal as well. After more arguing and assuring him that I don't have the money, he finally agreed to cancel the order. However, I did not get my $41 back for a logo I cannot use. When I asked Tyler about this and told him I was promised a 30-day money back guarantee, he said that the guarantee was void after the design was finalized and that it is not up to them to inform me of the $450-$585 registration charge. I spent days trying to get them to honor their refund policy. Tyler argued with me about the registration fee, telling me that he was under the impression that I knew about that charge and that it was my responsibility to have known about it. I can assure you that he was not under the impression that I knew about that charge as I made it very clear to him that it was already a struggle for me to come up with the $41 for the logo. I have now paid $41 dollars for a logo I cannot use. They did not honor their refund policy, tried to get me to pay them thousands of dollars for a website, and then spoke to me in such a condescending way when I called them out on not being upfront about the registration cost. Design Venturez is a horribly DISHONEST company and will do anything they can to SCAM you.
