Terrible customer experience Terrible customer experience. Paid $$ for multiple articles to be written only for them all to be bad quality. When I wanted to cancel the rest of the articles I had planned for them, they wouldn't refund me. Cost me several hundred dollars to discover that you should never deal with this company.

Great Quality for a Fair Price I first used the HOI Solutions Blog Writing Service before 1.5 months. I have also used many writers from other platforms such as Fiverr. The quality and the approach of the guys of HOI is excellent, one class above the best writer I used before from Fiverr, and the price is fair. Before sending them the Structure of the Articles that I needed, they sent me a questionnaire so they would know what exactly my site is and how they must approach the writing. Then, they assigned a specific writer who is an expert in my niche. Eventually, the quality, the delivery time, the support from the account manager, and the whole experience was great.
