Deception This is a scam. Do not give any money to this company. They contacted me once I started to set up my website for my business, I never reached out to them originally. I was deciding between 3 web design companies and people, and ultimately decided to go with Web Design Solutionz / Solutions. They sounded legit, but most important they offered to build my website for a price that I could afford which was between $400-$500. They told me a price of $499 which would include the website + logo and billed me (invoice). On the invoice there was no other services or fees included or mentioned after I had paid them the $499 for the services. They told me an average project like this would take a month, after 3 weeks and communication slowly dying down I became concerned and requested a full refund for my money back. I addressed my issues with them and was told I would be contacted within 24-48 business hours to have my refund processed but contact was made. Instead about a month later I was advised to take down my initial review, to conclude with continuing to work with them but they also would ask for more money. This is where my frustration really kicks in, because not only did they not process my initial refund, the asked for more than the $499 that is advertised on their website which was never mentioned in the beginning. Only hoping and praying to God that I would have my website complete I eventually sent them more money but only to find out it isn’t all the money they need and asked for, but I never asked for this in the first place. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. They still have over $1,100 of my money and I do not have any website from this company. BE AWARE. They will say anything and lie to you just to get your money. I have already spoken with an attorney who has said the same thing.

On behalf of my best friend. I am writing a review on behalf of my best friend, brother, and friend Anthony. Do not TRUST this company if they contact you to design your websites. They have false advertisement and have stolen my best friend's money. They will try to get as much money as possible from you and will not give you anything in return. I am supporting my best friend's business and he has expressed his frustrations with this company, and I do believe they are dishonest and should refund his money back or any other request. This is poor for business and even worse customer service.
