Taken money from me since July even… Taken money from me since July even though I have requested to cancel. Amounting to $295 taken total. Ignoring my emails and chats. Refusing to acknowledge. Do not pay this company any money, because they continue to take and ignore when you cancel. I’ve had to close my account to stop it as they ignore all my emails cancelling and requesting refund. UPDATE. They are claiming I didn’t email the hello@ email, but I did. Every month. And they delivered fine. Evidence can be provided if they require it! UPDATE AGAIN. Now claiming not sent evidence of contact to hello@ email. But was sent via email Saturday 19th Nov 2022 @ 16:27.
