Relentless "upselling" Relentless "upselling". Files received were such low quality that they aren't useable. This is deliberately done so you have to buy the upgrade "high resolution" package. Sales people are PUSHY, and I'm in sales so that's saying alot.

I really didn’t like this company I really didn’t like this company. When I signed up for the $35 logo package, I was not expecting to get harassed into purchasing more expensive packages. Even when I declined the other packages over and over, they kept insisting on trying to “up sell” me and were rude and insulting when I told them no. They were almost relentless with their tactics. Overall the logo is ok but you have to buy a more expensive package to get high resolution images - something not mentioned when you buy the package. I really feel I could make a similar or better logo with some of the free software out there. I started working with someone named Jordan and then finished the logo with Jason Oliver. Both could use a course on customer service.
