Alex and his team were great! Alex and his team at were great! I had no personal experience with creating a website. I had no idea on what to expect. Alex was patient and creative. He gave me great ideas to consider. He was very responsive when I needed him with questions and suggestions. He even worked on my project through his COVID Dx. Would I suggest this service for future customers. Absolutely! Only suggestion; be very clear in the beginning what all is included in every stage of pricing. This will ensure transparency and prevent the perception of upcharging. It appeared as if the initial Sales guy, Sam Lucas lied about service packaging details. However, Alex was very clear and patient with the service. Also, get a List of all task that are needed from the customer upfront. This will prevent what appears to be last minute task scrambling. I’m a proactive type of gal. I hate having to provide things on a fly.

I am an extremely busy person and usually quite hard to get ahold of with my schedule, but Alex from Get a Logo Online was instrumental in keeping up with my busy schedule and helping me get an updated version of our company logo finished. He did not just take my order and then leave it up to me to "do all the work" - Alex took initiative and called me personally to really make sure that we finalized a design that had the details that I wanted along with the aesthetic changes that he knew would make it more readable.
