Great company. Great company. I've been a member for many years and have benefited from points and been able to exchange these for a few gifts. I'm not overly convinced by the new points system which gives you a game token which you can use to win points. Before you used to just earn points and I feel the change means I'm no longer earning a many points as I did before. However it's easy to use and doesn't take a huge amount of time and you are rewarded for that time.

There is very little to do to earn… There is very little to do to earn points which build up to earn rewards. As yet I haven’t claimed any rewards but have had a look what you can have and there is a wide range of gift cards for various amounts - a very good choice. Occasionally I have an email to fill in a survey. However the last one I filled in gave me one game token where I could win a few additional points to add to my rewards. A bit more of a reward would be good. I filled in the survey but many may not as one token is not much of an incentive unfortunately.

The app is so unreliable and unstable The app is so unreliable and unstable, half the time I am unable to transmit and just give up. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it, when I reinstalled it I had lost my points. Even when I do get it working my points balance has gone down! There are never any surveys for me and I have been a member for When I do get the app working, it says I am only one week away from the next level - it has said this for months now. It is the most unstable and unreliable app I have ever installed and sometimes it's just not worth the hassle.

NIELSEN has been and will always be one… NIELSEN has been and will always be one of my favorite panel sites to keep doing surveys and receive just rewards for reviews provided thereof!
