I would trust them with any project going forward! I like best that we have a dedicated contact who I can reach out to any time. They personally test each survey, provide valuable feedback prior to launch and keep you updated while fieldwork is in process. I also had some projects that required what I thought were very specific B2B targeting requirements... Great for new companies!! I'm working on launching a new company and Centiment was great to work with. We needed to issue a conjoint survey to a very specific market segment. I worked with Derek. He was super responsive, clearly explained what was needed to link their audience to our survey on another platform, and easy to work with.
