Be patient - this is a long process but Trademarkia will get it done for you! Looking back on the 2-year journey, one part of the process that could have been easier would be the photography approval process. There seemed to be something wrong with every photo we submitted which made the process so much longer than it needed to be but they are the experts so trust is key! Very detailed communication! I was very pleased with the experience! I am seeing loads of 1 star reviews that I dont understand. Trademarkia did not try to scam me nor was it surprising that there were additional government fees that they cannot charge you for initially. It is very common for a Trademark services to charge you for their services and then come back to you with what it will cost to file through the USPTO. Thats not a scam and people dont seem to understand the process. Trademarkia made this process easy and their communication was very detailed. I will gladly work with them on future trademarks.
