Waste of money I tried to use Mailform to send some government documents to myself due to the ongoing pandemic. You'd think that this would be pretty basic but the documents arrived in a laughably terrible format. Instead of a normal 8.5 x 11 portrait orientation the documents were in landscape orientation with the actual text taking up 1/3 of the page and being almost too small to be legible. I know that I double checked my documents in the preview function that was available and I honestly have no idea how something so basic could be screwed up so badly.

I ordered time sensitive certified mail… I ordered time sensitive certified mail pieces and it showed that everything was good and complete. The system showed the the payment went through and my card was charged. I kept checking the tracking # status and the tracking number kept coming up as a void tracking number. After a couple weeks I contacted mailform (who is very difficult to contact) as they did not answer their phones or reply to my emails without repeated attempts. I finally heard back and they said sorry it was their mistake and the zip code section was entered wrong. I asked them to promptly fix it and get my items mailed. My certified mailers were late and when I asked to get a refund they had no response to me or any of my emails. I set up a credit card dispute in which they responded that I had made an error on my end and everything was delivered as ordered. I am disappointed at Mailform and their customer service team.

i sent 2 certified legal documents… i sent 2 certified legal documents using their service and never received confirmation that the documents where mailed. i called their customer service number and only got a recording. i think this could be a Mailroom cold be mail fraud?
