GBI purchased TMU printers on website but… I purchased TMU printers on website but filling wrong shipping zip code.I contacted the customer service and Brendan, customer care rep, gave me a quick help by contacting the UPS shipping manager directly multiple times to correct my wrong address until resolving it. I receive my purchase next day as promised. I absolutely recommend this web site to my friends and neighbors if they want to buy printers. Thank you

GBVery bad experience Very bad experience, charged me for 6 rolls of paper instead of 6 cases. They were 6 times as expensive as another online store I usually deal with, then wouldn’t even send me an email to send the product back! Horrible customer service and really just a bad company to buy from. They tricked me into thinking I was buying in bulk

GBNow my go-to site for RFID gear. I have purchased from Barcode Giant twice now. I called to talk to a real person before my first purchase and they were great. While they are an e-commerce site and not necessarily setup as a live phone agent type operation, dropping thousands on RFID equipment can be scary from a relatively unknown site. Talking to someone was the only way I was comfortable with my initial purchase, so I would highly recommend this route if you have the same concerns. My second purchase I just went with a regular online order. Both orders were fine, no problems. I received the gear quickly and exactly as ordered, and for a lower price than I found anywhere else.
