Incomplete Delivery then Radio Silence! I'm very disappointed with incomplete delivery and their exceptionally bad support. From my April 8 order #4127 I'm still waiting on: - Sublimation Bundle - missing Heat Press - missing all Blanks - Extra Blanks are missing - Extra Sublimation Ink is missing Multiple attempts for an update have gone unanswered. Soon I'll be lodging official complaints to the govt. Three months later I still can't do sublimation!
