GBThis is the worst app with a bunch of… This is the worst app with a bunch of bugs. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They don't even respond emails. I sent multiple emails requesting my refund because i cancelled the subscription the next day I signed up due to bugs and poor performance and they never responded. I contacted through chat as well with someone named Laila who said she will get back to me but never did. I keep sending her texts and I can see she reads them but never responds. Please use CANVA instead!! Better features, user friendly, cheaper and great customer service.

BGDONT USE THEM!!! Filled for the free trial. Cancelled it and they taxed me. I tried to remove the subscription but it is set in a way in which it says to close the subsription and when you click it. The software thinks that you want the better option. In a hurry I subscribed again for $60. So $120. I messaged the customer support begging for refund and they ignored me and lied that they can't find my account. Requested a refund on PayPal and suddently the guy started having fast replies and started calling me brother. He refunded me the one $60 and now I am in a process of getting $48 since he will take $12 for some subscription which I am okay with. I wish that I was sitting on my ass and avoided using it. It ruined my day
