I paid £200 for 4 wooden portraits. 2 are brilliant! 1 has the incorrect names and the other is awful. I have emailed 4 times, tried to contact by Facebook messenger and also contacted twice on their contact page but no response at all! This is really bad service.

Good quality Had a few bumps along the way in regards to hair in the picture but, in the end, I am very pleased with the item. The quality is VERY good and the packaging ensured that it arrived undamaged. I took 1 star off due to the fact that the product gives off a strong odor, however I have been assured by the company that this odor will go away. Also it REALLY bothers me that the company offers limited information on it's location and NO phone number to contact customer service. All in all, I am happy with the product.

Amazing Just received my picture and it has exceed expectations, its amazing. Just one suggestion I would have preferred a bigger picture, big enough to hang over a bed, so perhaps offer different sizes Again amazing and thank you

They said they couldn't get hold of the wood so if I had canvass it would be the same, but it wasn't I was so disappointed I will never order again.

I brought one of these pictures on a… I brought one of these pictures on a bit of a whim wasn’t sure how it was going to look and when I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised it was so so good I can not recommend this product more. Once it is hanging on the wall I am sure it will be a forever talking topic thank you custom fairy
